Counseling for greater well-being

Welcome.

I’m glad you’re here.

I want to help people feel better, faster. I work collaboratively with students, creatives, professionals, helpers, and social workers who describe themselves as driven, growth-minded, and at times, running on fumes.

Maybe you’re functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Maybe you’ve spent years being the person everyone else can depend on while quietly struggling to keep yourself together.

Or perhaps you’re navigating more complex mental health challenges that have begun to affect your relationships, work, or sense of self.

What I offer.

My clinical work history encompasses a wide range of mental health conditions, including complex and dual diagnoses. I bring a depth of clinical perspective to both everyday struggles and more complicated challenges. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy and you don’t have to minimize what you’re experiencing because you’re functioning.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and honest. I want you to feel understood without feeling judged, challenged without feeling pushed, and supported without being treated as though you’re broken. I use Mindful CBT, EMDR, IFS and EFT to support trauma informed care, for lasting changes.

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, and QualChoice insurances.
Self-Pay: $130

I’ll meet you here.
