About Therapy Vitality
I offer two therapeutic tracks: traditional and coaching.
Traditional moves at a gentle pace, is trauma-informed, and structured by some of my favorite evidence-based, therapeutic modalities. It’s collaborative and centered around curiosity and healing.
Coaching is solutions focused and results driven. It’s designed for high performers and active processors. While still evidence-based and trauma-informed, it tends to be less cushioned, and utilizes behavioral data analysis to produce change, quickly.
Both are: reliant on consistency and attendance and vary in length and intensity. You are welcomed to choose your path, or ask for a blend of the two models.
I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work and have been in the field of complex trauma, high acuity mental health conditions, and substance use disorders since 2017.
About Me
I live in Fayetteville with my husband and animals. I am a big fan of live music and acting. I read a lot, and enjoy being in my yard and walking and meditating. I consider myself a creative writer, and I too journal (albeit begrudgingly sometimes).
I’ve had my own personal mental health struggles, and still work very hard to maintain my brain’s well-being. In my own treatments, I’ve become a therapist who will never ask you to do something that I myself would not do, or that is unsupported by research.
Dolly Parton is my therapy assistant. She loves her job, and has permanent puppy face at age 4. She attends most sessions and is mild mannered, and hypoallergenic.
