About Therapy Vitality

A metal planter box filled with colorful flowers on a paved outdoor area at sunset. In the background, there are several people walking and talking, with a large tree and a mural or billboard on the right side. The planter has a sign that says 'Please keep going, no parking here.'

I offer counseling to individuals, families, and couples who are seeking understanding of their thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that keep them in lackluster lives, or those that feel less than ideal.

I bring experiences from my work with complex trauma, inpatient mental health, and integrative behavioral health practices that seek to include outside resources in our communities to meet client-led goals.

Here, you will find a space that is collaborative, strengths-focused, and client-centered. Let’s do this.

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work and have been in the field of complex trauma, high acuity mental health conditions, and substance use disorders since 2017.

About Me

A woman holding a black and white puppy outside on a grassy lawn with trees and a house in the background, under a blue sky with white clouds.

I’ve experienced mental health challenges, and still work very hard to maintain my brain’s well-being. Through my own treatments, I’ve become a therapist who will never ask you to do something that I myself would not do, or that is unsupported by research or the care of your doctor.

Most days you’ll find Dolly Parton in my office. She’s a Havanese, and my therapy assistant. She loves her job, and at age 5- is maintaining a permanent puppy face.
